Hi! My name is Christina Paul, and I am excited to be teaching 6th grade math and science this year at Rocklin Academy. I grew up in the bay area and relocated to Sacramento for college. I received my bachelor’s degree, teaching credential, and master’s degree all from Sacramento State University. Go Hornets! While in school, I coached gymnastics in Rancho Cordova. Before teaching middle school math and science here at Rocklin Academy Gateway, I taught high school mathematics in the Sacramento area and third grade in the Fresno area when we temporarily relocated for my husband’s graduate school. I am very happy to be back in the Sacramento area near my friends and family.
I live in Rocklin with my husband Matt, our son Lucas, and our cat Bella. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, hiking, baking, and going to the bay area for Giants games. I also enjoy spending time at Lake Tahoe and Folsom Lake.
I am looking forward to teaching 6th grade at Rocklin Academy Gateway this year. I know it’s going to be a great year!
