“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” —Eleanor Roosevelt

My name is Brianne Albonetti, and I like to dream BIG!

Dream one: I have always dreamed of being a teacher. As a little girl I can remember ‘teaching’ my stuffed animals. I had a grade book and I even begged my parents to get me an overhead projector.

Dream two: Play softball in college. After graduating from Ceres High School, I received a scholarship to play for California State University, Sacramento. Playing college softball taught me the importance of teamwork and instilled within me a strong work ethic.

Dream three: Graduate from college and pursue a teaching degree. After completing both college and my student teaching, I had every intention of trying to get a job in Placer County. However, that plan changed location when I received a 6th grade position in Turlock, Ca. I taught in Turlock for eight years, but longed to return to Placer County, a place I truly felt I belonged.

Dream four: Teach at a school which embodies my educational ideals and goals. After getting married, having 3 children, and completing my Master’s Degree in education, along with my Administrative Credential at California State University, Stanislaus; we decided to take the plunge and relocate our family to Placer County. I can without a doubt proclaim that dream four was achieved when I was hired at Rocklin Academy Family of Schools. I am ecstatic to have found such a wonderful school family to continue my teaching career, and am truly honored to be your child’s teacher. Fourth grade is such a year of growth for students, and I am excited to be partners in this journey as we help your child believe in the beauty of their dreams!
