Hi! My name is Leslie Coffee and I am thrilled to be a third grade teacher at Rocklin Academy Gateway. I have been teaching 3rd grade for the past three years and I absolutely love it! Prior to transitioning into the classroom, I worked as the director of  before and after school programs at Rocklin Academy Gateway. Working and inspiring students has always been a dream of mine and I am beyond excited to continue  working with students at Rocklin Academy Gateway.

After graduating in 2009 from Oakmont High School, I moved to Orange County to attend Hope International University. In 2013 I received my B.A. in Social and Behavioral Science with a concentration in History and a Minor in Biblical Studies. I moved back to the Sacramento area after completing my bachelor's degree and have been working in education ever since. In May 2017, I completed my Masters Degree in Early Education and I continue to research and take classes for professional development.

Since Rocklin Academy Gateway opened in 2014, I have been a proud employee of the Rocklin Academy Family of Schools community. I have enjoyed working and helping develop the Later Gator Program, as well as working hand in hand with students and parents in third grade. I cannot wait to continue growing with your students! I am looking forward to an amazing year!
