Hello! My name is Ryan Doyle, and I am very excited to be teaching 6th grade for my 10th year at Rocklin Academy Gateway. I have always loved discovering new things myself, and I hope to bring out a passion for lifelong learning in each of my students. My favorite thing about teaching is having the opportunity to build relationships with students and see them develop a passion for discovery themselves. During my downtime, I enjoy relaxing in Tahoe, going to the coast, or eating at local restaurants downtown with my wife Alissa and our daughter Brynlee (who is at Gateway in 1st grade!).  I also enjoy photography, backpacking, running, and cycling.

I am looking forward to meeting all of my students and working closely with their parents and the 6th-grade teacher team to ensure a successful and fun year for all!
