gator with a back pack Before and after school child care for kindergarten through eighth grade students who attend Rocklin Academy Gateway. We are open Monday through Friday, excluding school holidays, breaks, and professional development days. Before school care begins at 6:30am until the student reports to class. After school care is available immediately following dismissal until 6:00pm. 
 
 
 
 

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus on the 2020-21 school year, our child care rates will be updated to align with the 2020-21 instructional schedule. Once our district has announced their decision for our student’s schedules, we will then post the updated child care rates. Please continue to check back. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Children’s Programs located at your home campus.

To register for Later Gator, please log on to EZChildTrack and complete the registration. Once finished, you will receive an acceptance notification by email. Please allow 48 hours after your application has been submitted for approval.

  1. Log in to your EZChildTrack account.  
  2. On the left side of the screen under registration, click on your registration option. 
  3. Please be advised that all information with a red line next to it is MANDATORY.
  4. Tab 1 (My Account) - Some information will still be saved from the previous year. If you need to update information, please do so now.
  5.  When finished, please move on to the child section of the registration.
  6.  When filling out Child Information, please make sure to fill out all the medical information.
  7.  For the start date, the earliest date you can select is 48 hours from date of submission.
  8.  Tab 3 (Terms & Conditions) - Please enter your initials and click the bottom right corner to move forward.
  9.  A $50.00 application fee is needed to complete the registration. This fee will only be added if your child is accepted into the program. 
  10. Once you have moved on to the next page of the application, an email will let you know if it went through correctly. You will receive an email with further instructions. If you have completed the application and still did not receive an email, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder or send an email to RAFOSChildrensProgramBilling@rafos.org
  11. Once your application has been sent, the parent portal page will read “pending approval”
