Child Care for Distance and Hybrid Learning Students
The impact of the Corona-virus pandemic has led to many modifications being made to the standard operating procedures of child care programs. Significant changes have been implemented in order to adhere to the social and physical distancing guidelines. Childcare programs will adhere to reduced teacher to student ratios and smaller group sizes for prevention and containment. Providing a safe environment in conjunction with high quality care for your children remains our number one priority.
Our Children's Program will offer subsidized child care for TK-12th grade RAFOS students during distance learning and the hybrid instructional model. Child care will be offered at the following campus locations:
- Rocklin Academy Gateway
- American River Collegiate Academy
- Western Sierra Collegiate Academy
Availability is limited as space and staffing allows. Therefore, priority registration will be given in the following order:
- Rocklin Academy Staff
- Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch
- Essential Workers (priority will be given to sectors within the essential workforce)
