My name is Cathleen Schreier. I am going into my 7th year teaching transitional kindergarten at Rocklin Academy Gateway. The past 6 years have been such a wonderful experience, I cannot wait to see what 2023-2024 will bring!

 

I earned an AA degree and child development certification from Santa Rosa Junior College. I received a BA from Sonoma State University, and my multiple subjects teaching credential from Cal State Teach. Prior to joining  Rocklin Academy Gateway, I worked as a teacher and director of a Montessori preschool for 15 years.

 

I moved to Rocklin 6 years ago from the bay area. My family and I love Rocklin!  I have four children: my stepson who is 30, my daughter who is 17, my son who is 14 and my youngest daughter who is 12. I  have two dogs, Lani and Kona. In my spare time I like to travel, read, paddleboard, and boat on the lake or relax on the beach. I look forward to getting to know your family!
